Yellows sign former Notts County defender

Hucknall Town manager Gary Sucharewycz added central defender Tommy Hannigan to his squad on Tuesday.

The former Notts County defender signed for the Evo-Stik NPL First Division South outfit from Northern Counties East League Premier Division neighbours Arnold Town.

Hannigan re-joined the Eagles last summer from Hucknall's league rivals Rainworth Miners Welfare. He had returned to the Wrens in September 2011 from another Evo-Stik NPL First Division South outfit, Belper Town.

Hannigan originally joined the Wrens after being released by Football League club Notts County.
