Bamber Bridge sign young striker

Bamber Bridge have announced the signing of striker Finlay Cross-Adair on loan from Preston North End.

The 18-year-old will link up with Jamie Milligan’s side for the rest of the season.

Cross-Adair made his professional debut for Preston earlier this season against Stoke City. He has since made five appearances for the club, and has signed a professional contract at Deepdale.

He will now spend the rest of the season at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium, and there is also an option to extend the loan deal, should Bamber Bridge make the play-offs.

The club say he is eligible to make his debut on Saturday, against Stafford Rangers.
