Bazeley joins the Beehive

Former Peterborough Sports defender Isaiah Bazeley has joined Pitching In NPL Midlands Division side Harborough Town.

Bazeley, who operates primarily at right-back, made 40 appearances in the National League North last season.

He helped his former club to a respectable 14th-placed finish in their debut campaign at Step 2, but will now drop down the divisions to try and help the Bees climb the non-league ladder.

Bazeley was previously part of Aston Villa's youth setup, featuring for their U18s and U23s.

He also enjoyed time at Bradford Park Avenue, Yaxley and Barwell, the former being on loan whilst at Villa.

The talented defender will join a Harborough side that finished two points and three places adrift of the play-off spots last season.
