Brigg seek healing hands

Brigg Town are looking for a new physio to look after their Evo-Stik Northern Premier League stars when the new campaign kicks off next weekend.

The First Division South club announced on Friday that they are now inviting applications for the position of first team physio after current incumbent Abigail Stothard stood down to take a new job in Birmingham.

Club spokesman Matt Jones paid tribute to their outgoing physio and invited applicants to contact him as soon as possible with the new season now just over a week away.

He said: "The Zebras would like to thank Abbie for her efforts and wish her every success in her new position."
