The BBC is reporting that Burnley have signed keeper Nick Liversedge from Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Whitby Town on a one-year contract.
The 24-year-old former Darlington keeper will primarily play for the club's under-21 development side and provide provide back-up for Tom Heaton and Alex Cisak at the Championship side's Turf Moor.
Liversedge, who made 15 appearances for Darlington, then a League Two club, during the 2009-10 campaign, leaves the Turnbull Ground after impressing in two spells on trial with the Clarets.
