Cash guru gets green light

Ossett Town

Ossett Town AFC believe they’ve found the right man to boost their cash flow after bringing in a new commercial director.

The Evo-Stik NPL First Division North side have appointed Bryan Haddington, pictured, who comes with a wealth of experience in Non-League having previously worked at Garforth Town and Town’s neighbours and rivals Ossett Albion.

Haddington, who's also looked after commercial matters at the ice hockey giants Sheffield Steelers, will work alongside Town’s Vice Chairman James Rogers. The pair aim to drive the club forward by bringing on board new local and national companies as sponsors and advertisers.

Ossett Town manager Craig Elliott takes his side to Warrington Town next Saturday when the new Evo-Stik NPL season kicks off.
