Treble winning AFC Fylde have announced that their Kellamergh Park home is to host the Poulton & District Primary League’s finals tournaments.

The Coasters, who followed up their April triumphs in the Lancashire Senior Cup, pictured, and Doodson Sport Cup with victory in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League's Premier Division Play-off Final last weekend, are delighted to host the local grassroots league over the next two Saturdays, May 10 and May 17.

The FA Charter Standard league boasts 156 teams with over 2100 players and AFC Fylde’s officials revealed on Thursday that the two tournaments will be hosted in association with the club’s new Academy Preparation Centre.

Charlie Hay is responsible for developing it and he said: "We were thrilled to make this link with such a prosperous local league. Working with organisations in the local community is at the very heart of our ethos, the club truly believes in offering the best opportunities for young people across the Fylde."
