Nantwich Town manager Jimmy Quinn was a happy man smiling alongside his chairman this week after the club's main sponsors extended their deal to cover the team's away shirts in the coming campaign.

County Insurance say the deal which is now entering its third year has gone so well they are taking Insurnace4your, their personal insurance brand, off the Dabbers' kit and replacing it with the company's logo.

Exposure generated by Quinn's Evo-Stik NPL side reaching the FA Cup 1st Round gave an added boost to the company's profile and helped secure the new deal.

Marketing Director Tim Crighton said: “We are pleased to be sponsoring Nantwich Town for the third year and have extended this to sponsoring the away shirt. We are football fans first and foremost and enjoy a close relationship with the Board, management and players. It’s a well-run and friendly club, but with ambitions too.

“By switching sponsorship to our company name, and the brand we use for our commercial insurance customers, we are hoping to attract new customers both locally and further afield”.

"We’re pleased with the profile that our personal insurance brand Insurance4your has received in the last two years, especially via the historic FA Cup appearance and Cheshire Senior Cup final victory last year.

“However, we wanted the local community and business owners to learn more about other areas of our company. Commercial Insurance is a large part of what we do and has been our biggest area of growth in the last few years – hence the sponsorship move to our company name and business insurance brand.

"Insurance4your will still retain a presence around the ground but we’re keen to attract new business customers – both small and large – and believe we can provide a great local service. This is the ideal opportunity to do this, especially with the launch of the new away kit which I personally think looks great."

Nantwich Town chairman Jon Gould said: "The club is absolutely delighted that County Insurance has remained on board for a third season. I know there are lots of local businesses and supporters who can benefit from their insurance services but on a personal level, the continued sponsorship is great news for the club.

"The financial side is a great help to us for achieving results on the field and County Insurance have really thrown themselves into the club. They are at every game and have become as passionate as us about the club, which means a great deal to us.

"This relationship is a perfect example of the importance we place in developing personal relationships with all of our commercial partners for the longer term."

Dabbers boss Jimmy Quinn welcomed his players back to preseason training this week and said: "They have become firm friends who are passionate about the club and understand and appreciate our ambitions. I think it was wonderful that they were able to contribute and share in the success that we enjoyed last season.

"We're looking forward to the season and myself and the players will be working hard to build on this great news and help create more awareness of the County Insurance brand."
