Download a double dose of debate!

Only hours after the release of August's monthly EVO-STIK NPL Show at lunchtime on Friday, listeners were downloading again, this time to enjoy the first EVO-STIK NPL Division One Show of the 2017-18 season.

Produced as always by the award-winning team behind FCUM Radio and hosted by Ben Hughes, both shows were recorded on Thursday ahead of this weekend's league and Emirates FA Cup action at the regular home of the EVO-STIK League's podcasts, Stockport's Heaton Hops.

With their sides in Emirates FA Cup First Qualifying Round action, Hughes and his guests were joined on the Division One special by the managers at Basford United, Colne, Frickley Athletic, Lincoln United, Loughborough Dynamo and Newcastle Town.

'Studio' guests including BBC Manchester's Ian Burke, the Non-League Show's Swampy, Altrincham volunteer Richard Impey, Andrew Simpson from the Mid Cheshire Guardian and the EVO-STIK League's social media officer James Heyes also hear from Scarborough Athletic boss Steve Kittrick as the Seadogs settle into their new home and talk to Radcliffe Borough's chairman Paul Hilton on his plans for off field developments at Stainton Park. EVO-STIK League new boys Peterborough Sports also feature for the first time with manager James Dean on the line too.

Featuring fans, players, managers, journalists and pundits, the EVO-STIK League's stable of hit weekly and monthly podcasts returned after the summer break on the eve of the 2017-18 campaign to build on their best ever listening figures last term and an end of season surge following a series of special live broadcasts from the play-offs.
