DVD charting cup run selling out

EVO-STIK Northern Premier League Blyth Spartans are selling out of a new commemorative DVD charting their run to the third round of the FA Cup last season.

Nearly 200 hundred copies have already been sold within days of going on sale and with Christmas around the corner, delighted officials at Croft Park are warning fans that they are expecting to quickly sell out.

On sale for £10, the two-hour long production includes highlights from all eight of Spartans’ ties last season from the first qualifying round to the third round proper.

As well as footage from the BBC, ITV and Sky Sports News covering Jarrett Rivers’ last-gasp goals, Robbie Dale's solo runs and manager Tom Wade's touchline celebrations, Blyth’s famous Green Army of fans also feature heavily on the DVD which was released this week to mark the Premier Division club's run to the third round for the fourth time in their history.
