The Silkmen continued their fairytale run in the competition by overcoming Southern Central League side Coalville Town 3-0 on Saturday to reach the last four.
Standing between them and a trip to Wembley on Saturday 11 May is a Gateshead side currently occupying seventh place in the National League table.
They reached the semi-finals courtesy of a 3-2 home win against National League North side Peterborough Sports, but are currently the lowest-ranked of the three sides Macclesfield could've faced in the semi-finals.
The other last-four clash will see Bromley welcome Solihull Moors to Hayes Lane.
Macclesfield have enjoyed a fine start to life under recently-appointed manager Michael Clegg, winning their first league game at home to fellow promotion challengers Marine before advancing in the FA Trophy.
Former Warrington Rylands boss Clegg was handed the role following predecessor Alex Bruce's decision to join the backroom team of League Two side Salford City.
Games will take place on Saturday 6 April, with winners receiving £15,000 and losers £5,000.
