Pictured right alongside first team coach Neil Coverley after making the switch to the EVO-STIK League West club's Llanelian Road, the 33-year-old was in the Warrington squad that beat League Two Exeter City in the FA Cup in 2014 before joining Welsh Premier Connah's Quay and helping them to a famous win over Norwegian outfit Stabaek in the Europa League.
The Nomads became the first Welsh side in 24 years to keep two clean sheets over two legs of a European tie in 2016-17, drawing the home leg 0-0 and then winning 1-0 away before losing 3-1 on aggregate in the next round against Serbian side FK Vojvodina.
The hot-shot, who's also had a spell at Rhyl, moved to Cefn Druids in January and helped them qualify for this summer's Europa League qualifying rounds before returning to the Northern Premier League.
Seagulls manager Morgan said: "We needed someone like Ashley to play on the shoulder and hopefully we can create chances for him because he will always score goals."
