Doyle was a key part of the 2021/22 Warrington Rylands team that won the Pitching In NPL West Division title and FA Vase trophy. He was named the club's Player of the Season after their double-winning campaign.
Starting his career at Bury, Doyle also played for FC United and Irlam before he joined Rylands in 2020.
Joining him at Bower Fold is ex-Wythenshawe Town winger Dwyer.
The 26-year-old scored 13 goals in 25 games for the club last year and was also a key part of Macclesfield's NWCFL title-winning side of 2021/22.
Dwyer also lists Bury AFC, Mossley, New Mills, Stockport Town and Curzon Ashton amongst his previous clubs.
Discussing the new arrivals, manager James Kinsey said: “We’re really happy that Charlie has chose to make the move to us. I’ve known him for a long time and know what he is like as a lad. There’s not many better on that front.
“As a player, he has won this league with Rylands and will bring a lot of energy to how we want to play. He's another key target that we are really happy with.
“When on his day, Aaron Dwyer is one of the best about. We have worked with him a lot over the years and the best way to describe him is as a match winner.
“He has the ability to make moments out of nothing and we need these types of players around the squad.
“He was really keen to come in which was a positive sign, and there’s no doubt he’s another who will be a fan favourite here once he gets going.”
