Expansion offers better deals

Whitby Town reckon their fans can start celebrating the new Evo-Stik Northern Premier League campaign before a ball has even been kicked at the Turnbull Ground.

The Premier Division's Blues say supporters can look forward to enjoying better value for money than ever after freezing admission to league fixtures at £9 for adults, £5 for concessions and £2 for under 18s. Children aged under 16 will continue to go free when accompanied by a paying adult.

The NPL Premier Division's expansion to 24 clubs in August also means that despite a rise of £10 for adult season tickets, admission prices have actually been reduced from £6.67 to £6.53 per game with the two extra fixtures generated. Concessions also see a drop from £3.81 to £3.70 despite an overall rise of £5.
