FA confirm cups deadline for clubs

By David Watters

Officials from the Football Association's competitions department have confirmed the deadline for the EVO-STIK Northern Premier League's clubs to apply to compete in next season's national cup competitions.

Along with their counterparts around the country, the deadline for the EVO-STIK NPL's 68 clubs to submit their online applications to kick off in the Emirates FA Cup, Buildbase FA Trophy and FA Youth Cup during the 2017-18 campaign is Saturday 1 April.

According to the FA reminder sent out before the weekend's action on Friday, applications and payments, which can be made by individuals on behalf of clubs, must be submitted using the the FA's online service only.

An on-screen confirmation and an automatic email confirmation will be sent to the participant but does not constitute acceptance into a competition. A full list of successful entries will subsequently be made available on www.TheFA.com towards the end of June.

To register, visit: http://eventspace.thefa.com/FA/participant/arrangement.aspx?id=190734.

For more information or help, clubs should email: competition.entries@thefa.com. Alternatively, call 0800 1691863 x 4583/4622.
