FA Trophy fourth round draw

By James Gordon

The three remaining Northern Premier League sides in the FA Trophy have learnt who they could face in the fourth round, should they progress to that stage of the competition.

In an all-NPL affair, Marske United and Marine will lock horns in the third round, while Guiseley will host National League side FC Halifax Town.

Neither of those matches have taken place yet after the recent nationwide freeze halted much of football at non-league level.

Both fixtures have since been scheduled for Tuesday evening, as have the other remaining third round ties.

Should they progress, Guiseley would face a trip to either Swindon Supermarine or Harrow Borough, while the winner of the clash between Marske and Marine will visit either Farsley Celtic or Chester, both of whom play in the National League North.

The fourth round will take place on Saturday 14 January 2023.

Winners will receive £5,250 in prize money, with the losers receiving £1,500.
