FC United youngster makes USA move

FC United of Manchester have announced that Silas Itota will move to America to begin a four-year football scholarship.
The defender, 18, graduated from FC United’s academy setup earlier this year.
He visited club staff on Monday morning to thank them for their support, prior to moving to the USA later this week.
Speaking via social media, Itota said: “[It’s] been a pleasure to be at this club, meeting so many wonderful people here.
“Wishing the first team and academy all the best this season.”
