Festive special as Dabbers slash prices

The Dabbers say the festive spirit is still alive and well at the Weaver Stadium after announcing they were slashing prices for Christmas Saturday's home game against high-flying Marine.

Nantwich are set to charge adults £5 and concessions £3 for the 3pm kick off with children accompanied by an adult going free.

Chairman Jon Gold is hoping the festive offer will boost the gate with Jimmy Quinn's men looking for a win to cement their play-off challenge.

Gold said: "We want everyone to come down to the Weaver Stadium and get behind Jimmy and the team. We are in contention for the play-offs and this will be a top of the table clash against Marine. It would be great to get a big crowd along to the game to cheer the team on."

Nantwich are also offering free parking at the Weaver Stadium and say season ticket holders will also receive a complimentary glass of mulled mine and a mince pie in the main bar before kick off.

The club are also asking supporters to spread the word about the game as part of their ‘bring a mate and double the gate’ campaign.
