The Gibraltar international joined the Gladiators from Southern League side Stourbridge a week before last season’s Northern Premier League transfer deadline in March.
He led the line impressively, netting three goals in seven appearances, and helped the club reach the play-offs.
The 33-year-old has featured for a number of clubs across the UK since starting out at Hednesford Town in 2006. Forest Green Rovers, Kidderminster Harries, Macclesfield and Gateshead are also among his former employers.
Manager Martin Carruthers has challenged Styche to replicate the form he showed at Stourbridge, where he netted 19 goals during the 2022/23 season before linking up with the Gladiators.
“Reece came at a difficult time when we were struggling for form but he proved to be pivotal in our qualification for the play-offs," he said.
"He’s got better and better and has scored goals. I feel we’ve got the nucleus of our side, with the spine of our side being sorted with experience down that middle.
"He’s a key player for us, and if Reece does what we know he can do, we’ll be looking at 20+ goals from him next season.”
