Along with two new directors, the local businessman was unveiled on Friday as the successor to Dave Holland, pictured, following his sudden passing in February.
The Seadogs told trust members and fans that Bull was already working to build on his predecessor's legacy by ensuring the smooth return of the club from exile in Bridlington to their new stadium in time for next season.
In a statement announcing the shake-up, Humber Learning Consortium chief executive Andy Crossland and Harbour Authority executive Fred Firman were named as directors. Lifelong fans like Bull, all three will be formally introduced to fans at an upcoming supporters meeting.
A spokesman said: "To hear first hand what's going on in all areas of the club we are arranging a 'Supporters Meeting'. This will be held within the next month and we'll publish the details as soon as we've finalised the arrangements."
Organisational development and bid writing specialist Crossland will provide additional commercial experience and support to the board as the operations director while Firman will bring his experience in operational management to the role of football operations director.
The Seadogs have also asked Sally Elwick to return to her former role of secretary to further strengthen the EVO-STIK NPL First Division North club as officials and volunteers prepare to return home next season and complete the work of their late chairman, the driving force behind the multi-million pound stadium project in partnership with Scarborough Council and Everyone Active.
