First North Fair Play Winners - January

By Alan Allcock

Woodley Sports.

The First Division North Fair Play award for January went to WOODLEY SPORTS.

The Stockport based club’s fine record in January saw them narrow the gap on First Division North Fair Play leaders Lancaster City who had a poor month discipline wise compared to their normal high standards but they still lead the season to date table by some distance. Woodley will still be looking over their shoulders as they attempt to hold on to second place with just 0.02 of a point separating Garforth Town, Witton Albion and AFC Fylde in third, fourth and fifth all right on the heels of Woodley.

The award of a 1.5 litre bottle of Famous Grouse Whiskey was made prior to the kick of of the Woodley Sports v Ossett Albion league fixture on the 18th February.
