Free admission to honour armed forces

EVO-STIK Northern Premier League Tividale are looking forward to honouring the nation's servicemen and women for the first time on Saturday since installing a war memorial at their ground.

With the nation set to mourn the fallen on Remembrance Sunday, the First Division South club is admitting all members of the armed forces, emergency services and their related youth organisations for free to their clash with Carlton Town.

Proud Dale officials unveiled the club's own tribute to the local war dead of Tividale and Rowley in August, with members of the armed forces on hand alongside club member Clive Billingham, pictured, to help dedicate a new Remembrance Wall in the clubhouse at The Beeches.
