Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Carlton Town have launched an urgent appeal to find two friendly opponents in August.

The First Division South's Millers say manager Les McJannet is hoping to line up warm-up clashes at the Bill Stokeld Stadium on Wednesday 7 August and Saturday 10 August.

The Millers are also prepared to travel and say a club from the Northern Counties East League, elsewhere at Step 5, or higher up Non-League's pyramid would be ideal opponents with the new campaign kicking off a week later on Saturday 17 August.
