Goalkeeper arrives at 1874 Northwich as midfielder departs

1874 Northwich have announced the signing of goalkeeper Mike Shorthouse from Connah’s Quay Nomads, while midfielder Sam Adetiloye leaves the club.
Shorthouse began his career in Cyrmu Premier side Connah’s Quay Nomad’s youth setup.
He made his first-team debut as a second-half substitute in July.
1874 Northwich have also confirmed that Sam Adetiloye has departed the club.
The 22-year-old midfielder linked up with the club before the start of the 2022/23 season and went on to make 29 appearances.
A former Salford City youth player, he has also previously played for Widnes, Ramsbottom United and Padiham.
