Guiseley extend forward's loan deal

Guiseley have extended the loan deal of Barrow forward Benni Smales-Braithwaite until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old has hit the ground running at The Lions, scoring four goals in four games. This includes a double in a 3-1 win over Marine.

He also scored against Radcliffe and Warrington Rylands.

Smales-Braithwaite was part of the academy set ups at Manchester City and Southampton. He then moved back up north to Barrow at the start of the season. He has made three appearances for the League Two side this season, and made his EFL debut against Colchester United.
