There are four matches involving Northern Premier League sides, with a further two sides - Carlton Town and Widnes - earning a reprieve to remain at Step 4.
Lincoln United will host North West Counties league runners-up Avro, while Glossop North End entertain Ashington from the Northern League.
NPL Midlands Division sides Dereham Town and St Neots Town face Stotfold and Lye Town respectively.
The fixtures are to be played at the home ground of the Step 4 clubs on Saturday April 29, unless mutually agreed by the clubs to play the fixture on either Sunday April 30 or Monday May 1.
The winners of each tie will be allocated at Step 4 for the 2023/24 season.
The FA confirmed that the draw had been delayed as the results of several league fixtures played on Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th impacted this and there were also three ground grading appeals heard on Wednesday that had the potential to impact the draw.
