James Hooper leaves Atherton Colls

Atherton Collieries have confirmed that striker James Hooper has left the club.

He arrived at the Skuna Stadium back in February, joining alongside Chester forward Zack Clarke.

Despite Colls avoiding relegation, Hooper will now move onto pastures new, with Colls stating that the forward was “offered terms he couldn’t refuse”.

Hooper’s next club is expected to be announced imminently.
