The 25-year-old arrives at the Boro following a second stint with one of last season’s National League North play-off semi-finalists, Chester.
Morgan has only played for a small string of clubs in his career, having featured for three Cheshire outfits in Altrincham, Nantwich Town and Chester, where he endured two spells and racked up over 60 appearances in total, scoring four goals.
He becomes the clubs sixth signing of the summer, and the fifth to have previously played under Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley before signing the dotted line with Radcliffe
“I’m very excited, we’re putting a good squad together and as soon as they (Bernard Morley and Anthony Johnson) gave me the call I knew what they’d expect from me," Morgan said.
"That made me want to sign, I’m looking forward to playing under them again at Radcliffe.”
