Kanga, 20, came through the youth ranks at Liverpool before moving to Blackpool to continue his scholarship with the Tangerines’ youth set up.
He signs with Michael Ellison's side after impressing during pre-season, appearing in friendlies against Atherton Collieries and the abandoned match with Northwich Victoria.
Bahula, 18, is a student at the Steven Gerrard academy and has been training with the Purps during pre-season.
Manager Ellison said: “Andy came to us quite late in pre-season after trialing with clubs further up the pyramid and he has done really well.
“He’s quick strong and has an eye for goal.
“Andy will be the first to admit he’s got to improve his all round game, and we think we can help him do that here."
On Bahula, Ellison added: "Xenon came in pre-season with us and has really impressed.
“He’s got great attributes and a great attitude, he’s really young and will only get better.
“We have monitored his progress with our football college partners the Steven Gerrard academy and we’re delighted that he has made the step up to the first team squad.”
