Lancashire call up Rammy foursome

Evo-Stik NPL First Division North Ramsbottom United are celebrating after four of their youth stars were called up to Lancashire's squad on Friday.

Under 18s Sam Crook, Michael King, Callum Smith and Matt Warburton have been selected for two upcoming matches - an FA County Youth Cup Round Two tie away against Liverpool County on Saturday 17 November and away again a week later in a Northern Counties Youth Division Two game against the Sheffield and Hallamshire FA at Staveley Miners Welfare's ground.

Ramsbottom spokesman Tony Cunningham said: "The club congratulates all four and wishes them success in the two matches."
