Larnell Cole joins the Yellows

Warrington Town have signed experienced midfielder Larnell Cole.

Cole came through Manchester United’s academy before making his first team debut in 2011 against Leeds United in the League Cup.

That proved to be his only senior appearance for the club.

A stint at Fulham followed, and both during and after his time at Craven Cottage, he amassed Football League experience over several seasons, featuring for the likes of MK Dons, Shrewsbury Town and Tranmere Rovers.

The 29-year-old also enjoyed a spell in Scotland with Inverness Caledonian Thistle, where he was a team-mate of current Yellows assistant manager Dave Raven.

Prior to his move to Cantilever Park, he had been playing for Welsh side Flint Town United in the Cymru Premier.

Cole is eligible to make his debut at home to Guiseley tomorrow.
