League admin team expanding

Administration officer: North/North West and initially home based. Part-time: salary negotiable.

The EVO-STIK Northern Premier League is an FA Charter Standard competition comprising 68 semi-professional football clubs and the NPL Football Academy, covering Northern England and the Midlands.

The NPL is looking for a motivated and dependable individual with a desire to build a career in football administration to join its team in the newly created position of Administration Officer.

The post holder will work closely with the League Secretary and Operations Manager in a highly effective team, providing support and guidance to its member clubs.

The Administration Officer will be expected to take on a variety of responsibilities that require the post holder have good interpersonal, numeracy and IT skills.

An comprehensive understanding of social media would be an advantage. An understanding of the League’s rules and procedures for all types of player registrations and transfers would also be an advantage, although full training will be given.

Flexibility is a key requirement as the individual will sometimes be required to work outside office hours to meet the day to day operational requirements of the League.
