Evo-Stik Northern Premier League

All Evo-Stik Northern Premier League clubs are marking the anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster today by kicking off seven minutes late at 3.07pm.

As a mark of respect for the 96 Liverpool fans who lost their lives 25 years ago during the FA Cup semi-final between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest, the Evo-Stik NPL's 67 clubs are taking part in the national act of remembrance throughout football.

The match at Hillsborough ended six minutes after kick off on 15 April 1989 and as well as the Evo-Stik NPL fixtures, all Premier League, Football League, Football Conference and FA Cup matches are kicking off at 3.07pm with a minute’s silence observed at grounds across the country from 3.06pm to 3.07pm.

Sunday's Doodson Sport League Cup final between AFC Fylde and Skelmersdale United at Stockport County's Edgeley Park is also taking part in the act of remembrance with the match kicking off at 3.07pm.

The commemoration across the country is being organised and led by the Football Association.
