Liversedge bolster in attack

Liversedge have announced the signing of forward Luke Aldrich from Ossett United.

Following the news earlier this week that he had departed the club, Aldrich has now made the step up to the Premier Division and put pen to paper with Sedge.

Aldrich appeared 16 times for the Sheepicorns this season, netting 10 times for the side sitting 12th in the Northern Premier League East Division.

The prolific striker is currently playing at the top of his game and will look to continue his goal-scoring form with Sedge.

He joins a Sedge side sitting 20th in the Premier Division, with only fourteen goals scored this season in 17 matches.

He will go straight into contention ahead of Sedge’s trip to Marine tomorrow.
