The move will also see the forward become the highest-paid player in Silkmen history.
He became their club-record signing following his arrival from Altrincham last March, having initially impressed on loan.
This season, the prolific striker has scored 21 goals in 30 goals, helping the club establish a five-point lead at the top of the division.
On his new deal, Berry said: “That’s all I wanted, for people to understand me and give me that opportunity. All I wanted to do was play football.
“At the time [before joining], I was just thinking about stopping playing, but then something clicked.
“I came here, saw the fans and the lads and it was an amazing project that was going on. I just wanted to be a part of it.”
