Magpies publish pictorial history

A new book charting the proud history of Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Chorley has been published to raise funds for the Premier Division’s title-chasers.

Entitled ‘130 Years On’ and edited by Dave Swanton, Chorley’s Head of Media, PR & Supporter Liaison, the 72 page full colour pictorial history, pictured, has gone on sale at the Magpies’ club shop at Victory Park priced at £8.

As well as modern imagery from the club’s official photographer Josh Vosper, the brochure is packed full of archive photography going back to the club’s earliest days with the accompanying text written by Mike Neild, Dave Hindle and Oliver Smith.
