Marske United shining brightly again

Volunteers within the community have come together to assist in the repairs of the floodlights at Marske United.

Since an act of vandalism occurred at Mount Pleasant in late September, rendering the damaged floodlights not fit for purpose, members of the community have rallied in support.

Woodsmith Construction Company have worked alongside club volunteers Dave Greensmith, Martin Dowey and Robin Fishpool, to ensure the repairs were completed in time for their next home fixture.

Marske were forced to postpone two home matches in recent weeks, and the incident which led to the damaged floodlights is still under investigation by police.
