Nailers bring in talented goalkeeper

Belper Town have announced the signing of Harrison Davison-Hale from Stocksbridge Steels.

The young shot stopper will bring National League experience to the Northern Premier Division outfit.

Davison-Hale began his career with Huddersfield’s Under 18s setup and enjoyed loan spells with Liversedge and Mickleover before signing for Halifax Town in 2020.

He has made 23 first team appearances this season for the Steels and kept five clean sheets in the process.

The Nailers side sit bottom of the Northern Premier Division so far this term, with only 10 points from 18 games.

Steve Kittrick will hope the addition of Davison-Hale will help his side climb out of the relegation position, having conceded 42 goals this season.

They face Whitby at home this Saturday in a must win game at the Raygar Stadium.
