Fuller, 39, made more than 180 appearances for Stoke City in a six-year spell, and also played for Charlton, Blackpool, Millwall and Oldham.
He also won 77 international caps for Jamaica, though has been out of the game for the past two years.
Dabbers manager Dave Cooke said: “I think it will be a massive boost for the squad and for the football club all-round, that somebody who has played in the Premier League is prepared to come down and give us his experience and play for the club.
“His experience will be fantastic. It will help the younger and older players alike, you could see it in the training sessions we did. He talked on the pitch and gave valuable information as the session was going on.
“You can’t buy that at this level – it’s a trait we lack at times and a lot of clubs can lack, his voice and communication will be something they can all learn from.”
