Sutton first joined the Pitching In NPL East Division side in July 2022 after impressing on trial.

He went on to re-join another of his former clubs, Winterton Rangers, at the start of the 2023/24 season following their promotion from Step 5.

Sutton has featured 18 times for Rangers this season, scoring once, but will now return to the Seasiders following a seven-day notice of approach.

Bridlington say club officials were working until the early hours of Thursday morning to get the deal over the line.

Winterton are currently bottom of the NPL East Division, two points from safety, while Bridlington Town are 10 points above the relegation zone.
