'Pay what you want' day returns to Turnbull

Whitby Town have announced that their now traditional ‘Pay What You Want’ day is taking place again on the last day of the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League campaign.

The Premier Division’s Seasiders are taking on Stafford Rangers on Saturday week at the Turnbull Ground before hosting their end of season presentation night after the fixture.

Now an annual event, past games with Durham City, Burscough and Ashton United have raised in excess of Town's usual income to boost the club’s finances going into the summer and have also helped to attract first-time fans with a free taste of the football served up by Darren Williams' men.
