An addition to the EVO-STIK NPL Premier Division club's existing youth development programme at Dales Lane, the project's sessions will be open to boys and girls of mixed ability and overseen by experienced FA and UEFA qualified coaches when they kick off next Month after the end of the season.
The sessions, run in conjunction with the Bryan Small Football Academy, get underway on Saturday 6 May on the 3G pitches at Shelfield Academy in Pelsall.
Small, whose own career saw him play for Villa in the top flight as well as earning England under-21 honours, told the club's fans: “I am delighted to be able to link up with one of the largest and most progressive Non-League clubs in the local area. It is a club with a proud history who are making great forward strides in youth development with some exciting future plans, including their own 3G facilities.
“The sessions will give youngsters the chance to learn football skills in a fun and friendly environment alongside expert coaches and also provide a pathway into the various development teams within the Rushall Olympic framework. Both organisations will be able to combine experience and knowledge for the benefit of local youngsters from an early age."
