Premier Division round-up: Yellows open campaign with impressive win at home

Basford United and Scarborough drew 0-0, while Gainsborough Trinity and Witton Albion also shared the points with a 1-1 score, with goals from Alexander Wollerton and Nathan Woodthorpe respectively.

Warren Clarke, Diego De Girolamo and Ben Milnes all scored for a 3-0 victory for Buxton at home to Bamber Bridge, while Whitby Town secured a 0-1 victory away from home at Lancaster City.

Joseph Kenton scored a brace and Luca Navarro added a third for a 3-1 victory for Stafford Rangers at home to Morpeth Town.

Atherton Collieries claimed the three league points away to Hyde United, thanks to a goal from Luca Defreitas-Hansen, while Ashton United won 2-0 at home to Matlock Town.

Nantwich Town and Stalybridge Celtic featured in the highest scoring match of the Premier Division, with the Dabbers claiming a 3-2 victory at home.
