Prescot retain services of young midfielder

Goodwin signed for the club back in 2022, and has excelled at the club this year. He has scored 12 goals in all competitions for the Cables in the NPL West Division.

Pesky Bulls manager Ste Daley was delighted to retain the services of Goodwin.

“We are delighted Jack has signed for the coming season,” he said. “Jack is a great asset to the club.

“You could see what a difference he made to the team when he returned from injury towards the end of the season.

“He’s a player who excites you, gets bums off seats. Frighteningly, we think he can get even better, and we are looking forward to working with him to help him improve his game.”
