The pair join Jordan Thompson, who also put pen to paper on a new deal.
Navarro,23, was top scorer for Boro last season with 16 goals and seven assists to his name in 44 appearances.
He initially signed for the club back in 2020 from Bolton Wanderers. He then moved to Stafford Rangers ahead of the 2021-22 season, but returned to the Neuven Stadium soon after.
Meanwhile, Oyibo has been at the club since September, after signing from National League North side Spennymoor Town.
He scored six goals and also registered six assists in 31 appearances. He was also sent off during their 3-0 defeat against Warrington Town for a dangerous tackle.
The 24-year-old has also worked with the new management team before. He worked with Bernard Morley and Anthony Johnson before at both Chester and Spennymoor.
