Rams make first summer signing

Ramsbottom United have made their first summer signing in the shape of striker Daniel Naidole.

Naidole has previously turned out for Brighouse Town, Bradford Park Avenue, Yorkshire Amateur and AFC Emley.

Manager Chris Willcock said “Daniel is a player I have had my eye on for a number of seasons. He is an exciting talent who we are looking forward to seeing in a Rammy shirt.

“He has a great work ethic and is a very intelligent player. He has done well in training and I am sure the fans won’t be disappointed with his contribution.”

Of Fijian heritage, Naidole’s late grandfather Tom came to the UK to play rugby league for Huddersfield in the 1960s.
