Matlock Town appointed their new manager, Craig Elliot, over the weekend and his first game will be a trip to FC United, while Belper Town will host Liversedge after parting company with their boss Grant Black.
Whitby Town will go looking for their first league win of the season at home to Gainsborough Trinity.
Two clubs currently in the top five, Stafford Rangers and Warrington Town, meet at Marston Road, and Guiseley welcome fourth-placed Marske United.
Warrington Rylands get chance to avenge their recent FA Cup exit to Hyde United and managerless Nantwich Town go to Atherton Collieries.
Elsewhere, Marine host Radcliffe in another FA Cup repeat and Stalybridge Celtic entertain Bamber Bridge.
Due to the FA Trophy, all games in the East, Midlands and West Divisions have been postponed and will be re-arranged for a later date.
There will be no games played on Monday September 19 due to the State Funeral for Queen Elizabeth II, though there were none scheduled involving Northern Premier League clubs anyway.
