Reunion kicks off three day celebration

EVO-STIK newcomers Tividale are preparing to celebrate the club’s 60th anniversary over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

Last season’s Midland Football Alliance champions are staging a series of anniversary events at The Beeches over the weekend.

A players’ reunion on Friday night featuring photos and memorabilia charting the First Division South club’s history kicks off three days of celebrations to mark the milestone birthday.

Live bands are set to entertain supporters at The Beeches on Saturday with the weekend climaxing on Sunday with a fundraising match in aid of Help for Heroes and charity Maddy’s Keto Club between a Tividale side made up of first-teamers, U21s and members of the youth team and a Legends side featuring many of the club's stars from their double winning 2010-11 season squad.
