Secondary shirt sponsors shake hands on new deal

Following last week's unveiling of JMP Solicitors on the front of their new kit, officials at the Meres are celebrating another commercial boost with the big kick off to the new season now just over a week away.

Grantham's chief executive Keith Horton, pictured shaking hands on the new sponsorship deal with Stuart Pigram, group sales director at The Trust Insurance Group, said: "We are extremely pleased to have secured a secondary shirt sponsor for the 2015-16 season and look forward to working with The Trust Insurance Group as we continue to develop relationships with Grantham businesses.

He added: "With both JMP Solicitors and Trust we have secured the support of two quality companies."

Pigram said: "Having been involved within the football club over recent years I have seen the club develop and I feel that now is the time to work collaboratively with it to promote and develop the football club as a valuable part of the Grantham community.

"At Trust we are committed to our local area and look forward to a positive relationship with the club and all involved. May we wish 'The Gingerbreads' a successful 2015-16 season."

The Gingerbreads kick off away to Hyde United on the opening day of the season, Saturday 15 August.
