Spartans book big North East derby!

A North East derby at Hartlepool United awaits Blyth Spartans in the FA Cup's Second Round after Monday night's live draw on the BBC.

Tom Wade's side were rewarded for their 4-1 win over Altrincham on Sunday with a trip to the League Two outfit who knocked out Ryman League East Thurrock United with a 2-0 win at Victoria Park on Saturday.

Warrington's FA Cup heroes, 1-0 winners over Exeter City on Friday night in the first FA Cup game to be shown live on the BBC since 2008, travel to Conference Premier Gateshead, 4-0 winners over First Division South Norton United on Sunday.

After earning £18,000 in prize money alone for their victories in the last round, winning clubs will collect a further £27,000 from the ties which will be played over the weekend starting Friday 5 December.
